We offer outstanding customer service and a quality experience for homeowners. All communication is answered within 24 hours, or less. We understand that for most people their house is the largest investment of their lives and we recognize the importance of knowing what’s going on with your property 24/7.
We promise to work hard and keep you informed every step of the way.
A) Visit one time the house before and after the lease starts and ends.
B) Report, coordinate and follow up on any issues with the tenant due to prior authorization by the
landlord. (If it´s an urgent mater we should respond
C) Exterior and interior inspection only once during the lease period prior agreement between the Landlord
and Tenants.
D) Courtesy email or text messages and follow up only on any first past due rent.We offer property owners a basic start-up program, and up to a full-service program that encompasses preventive inspections and maintenance, caretaker services, landscaping, concierge services, and more.

A) Any extra visit on the property of any kind of matter will have an extra cost of $85.00 (Emergencies
Excluded)
B) Mail pick-up on a different location will have an extra cost of $85.00
C) Walkthrough, set up utilities, equipment registration, warranty requests. $350.00
(Bran new houses)
D) Any kind of furniture, appliances, electronics deliveries including moving out. $85.00 per hour.
NOTE: This contract can be terminated at least two months before to avoid a penalty of $300.00
FIRST VISIT:
A) Mail Pick-up. Should be open and scanned only by signing the authorization.
B) Exterior and interior inspection including the Attic. (Temperature, Insects, Animals.)
C) Report any issues during the inspection and coordinate repairs due to prior authorization.
D) Relocate the Trash Cans in case they were left outside the property. (After been occupied)
SECOND VISIT:
A) Mail Pick-up. Should be open and scanned only by signing the authorization.
B) Exterior and interior inspection.
C) Report any issues during the inspection and coordinate repairs due to prior authorization.
D) Relocate the Trash Cans in case they were left outside the property.
